This half day training course provides leaders with the skills to identify how different ways of viewing our world impact how we work together, build trust and make sense of workplace events. Based on groundbreaking research, this course assists leaders in understanding their role in building better teams and shared understanding between Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal people. Through practical examples we work through the behaviours to demonstrate and avoid so leaders may improve engagement with Aboriginal people.
