WHO WE ARE

Helen has over 25 years of experience spanning strategy development and implementation; project and change management, governance and risk management, procurement, sustainability, organisational design, team development and coaching. As a certified DISC Advanced® assessor Helen assists individuals and teams in personal development, self-awareness and building shared understanding.

Helen has developed a variety of innovation concepts including business incubators, carbon emissions opportunities, deployment and remote monitoring and control of alternative power systems and Aboriginal employment, training and economic development programs.

Helen’s industry experience includes energy, mining, construction, government and disability services. Helen has worked with global companies Rio Tinto, Baker Hughes, and Itochu Corporation as well as several government and for purpose organisations including Horizon Power, LandCorp (Development WA), Energy Safety, and Activ Foundation. Helen is currently a Non-Executive Director of Nudge NGO.

Helen is a researcher and leader in Aboriginal engagement with a PhD in the leadership role in building understanding between Aboriginal and Non Aboriginal people in the workplace. Helen applies leadership research and coaching experience to assist teams in improving performance and leaders in finding their authentic motivators and styles of leadership.
